SERVICES:
- Housekeeping includes professional general cleaning of all rooms of the home. Cleaning begins with cobwebs, fans, light fixtures, and walls. Next, surfaces are wiped, and floors are vacuumed, carpets and rugs are spot cleaned, and hard floors are mopped or steam cleaned with special attention to wood floors. Kitchen and bathrooms are detail cleaned each time. Decks and outdoor areas are also cleaned. Linen laundry service is included. Linens include bath towels, sheets, kitchen towels, throw blankets and washable curtains. Each is washed separately, and with attention to heat and chemical sensitivity. Windows are cleaned inside and outside, that are reasonably accessible. Full window cleaning service for a whole home would be outsourced to a local professional.
- Lawn Care includes professional general cleaning of the entire yard or property of trash and natural debris, such as, fallen limbs and pinecones. Rocks are located and removed from mowing areas. Grass is mowed and edges trimmed. Shrubs and bushes are pruned as needed. Driveways, porches, decks, and patios are blown off, and debris including pine-needles are hauled away or moved to the street for municipal disposal. The street is also blown off in length of property. Large thinning and tree removal needs would be outsourced to a local professional.
- Pool Hot Tub and Spa Care includes professional general cleaning of the pool, hot-tub, or spa and regulating chemical treatments according to manufacturer’s instructions. Chlorine, Bromine and Saltwater maintenance are available.
- Cabin Watch includes professional inspection and monitoring of the home on a daily, weekly or monthly basis for internal and external problems that could arise. Common problems include running toilets, heaters or air conditioners left on high, broken pipes, weather damage, fallen trees, vandalism, and other unwanted events. Daily or weekly monitoring deters possible burglars or vandals from entering the property to begin with. Alarm systems are always recommended for additional security and can be monitored and maintained by local professionals.
- Recurring Maintenance includes adding salt to softener reservoirs and changing filters in softeners, reverse osmosis systems, refrigerators, heaters and air conditioners.
